Watercolor Painting Workshop with Yunus Farmonov

Yunus Farmonov is an emerging Bukharian illustrator who worked with the curator and all of the participating artists to imagine their proposals as watercolour dreamscapes that became the main visual part of Bukhara Biennial Guidebook. Rather than use architectural renderings or AI to visualise the exhibition, Yunus illustrated the ideas set out by the participants in the biennial from the viewpoint of a young Bukharian artist who is excited to experience the world. In this workshop, Farmonov shares his process, inviting participants to explore watercolour as a tool for collective imagination.
